If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our straightforward and customer-friendly return and refund policy is designed to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility & Timeframe
You may return or exchange any item purchased directly from PLEXFIND within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear are not eligible. Products marked as final sale or clearance are excluded from this policy unless otherwise noted.
Free Returns & Exchanges
PLEXFIND offers free returns and exchanges on all eligible items within the 30-day window. There are no restocking fees whatsoever. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return is authorized. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost to you, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (214) 555-0199 within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your order number and reason for return ready.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Affix the prepaid return label provided by PLEXFIND and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. Retain your tracking number for reference.
- Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2–3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of our inspection confirming that the returned item meets all eligibility criteria. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the credit to your account – generally 3–5 business days. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to: gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods, intimate apparel, and customized or personalized products. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges, as applicable. Photographic evidence may be requested.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect). For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
